Each round has an owner, a time box and questions that test the competencies above.

Round 1: Account Planning & Renewal Fundamentals
Sales Operations / Hiring Manager · 45 min

  1. Tell us about a renewal you managed end-to-end. How did you identify risks early, and what specific actions did you take to address them?
  2. Walk through how you build and maintain an account plan. What inputs do you use, who do you map, and how do you update the plan as signals change?
  3. Describe how you handle a situation where the customer stakeholders are aligned on needs but internal timelines or approvals threaten the renewal. How do you coordinate and keep progress visible?

Round 2: Expansion & Stakeholder Influence
Senior Account Manager · 45 min

  1. Share an example of how you discovered an expansion opportunity. What customer signals did you use, and how did you turn them into a qualified proposal?
  2. Describe a time you influenced an executive or operational stakeholder who initially resisted a plan. What messaging, evidence, and follow-through did you use?
  3. When an expansion deal stalls, what is your diagnosis process and how do you decide whether to change the approach, escalate, or reset timelines?
